Hah this doesn’t apply to advertising. In the five years that I’ve been at the same workplace, I think I’ve only called in sick like five times. Seriously! If at all possible it’s easier to go in than to explain yourself and pass work on to other people. Or have an even bigger pile waiting for you when you get back.
